Transportation
Metropolitan Tulsa Transit Authority Para Transit Program—LIFT/METRO LINK - LIFE’s Family Assistance Coordinator will assist you in obtaining an application for this ‘door-to-door’ program available in the Tulsa area.
LIFE PACE participants and Adult Day Health participants that are enrolled in the LIFE PACE program receive free transportation to and from the Adult Day Health Center, the LIFE PACE Center and to all medically-approved appointments. To learn more about LIFE PACE, call (918) 949-9969.
