Vintage Housing is an affiliate of LIFE Senior Services.

The shortage of affordable housing in the Tulsa area presents a significant hurdle for seniors of limited means. Spread across various prime locations in Tulsa, the mission of Vintage Housing is to offer seniors with limited resources an affordable living option that resonates with dignity and warmth.

Vintage Housing communities feature a single-building design with 32 to 48 senior apartment homes and multiple common areas where neighbors can meet, visit and share in activities. Each site has an arts and crafts room, library, game room and centrally located laundry facilities. Some locations also house senior nutrition sites where residents can gather and enjoy their noon meal together.

The apartments are mostly one bedroom with a cozy living area and fully equipped kitchen. Each also has a private bath with a step-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Each one or two bedroom apartment rents for below-market rates to qualifying individuals, age 62 and older.
