LIFE Connections is a cognitive wellness and engagement program designed specifically for adults with early-stage dementia. Built around peer connection, purposeful activity, and brain-healthy engagement, the program gives participants a place to stay active, social and independent - while giving caregivers access to education, support, and much-needed respite. LIFE Connections is about living well at every stage.
