LIFE PACE

LIFE PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is an affiliate of LIFE Senior Services.

LIFE PACE offers comprehensive senior healthcare for those who qualify. Participants are personally cared for by an interdisciplinary team which includes a LIFE PACE physician, as well as specialists from a panel of LIFE PACE providers. The common sense approach that the LIFE PACE team uses to provide medical care and support services helps keep people in their homes so that they can be near friends and family. It is the hands on approach based on individualized patient attention that makes LIFE PACE unique from every other long-term care option.
