Adult Day Health
LIFE's Adult Day Health Centers provide care for seniors and other adults in a safe, friendly and supportive setting, enabling family caregivers to find a healthy balance between work, home and the responsibilities of being a caregiver.
Senior Centers
Our Senior Centers serve as lively hubs of activity, fostering a sense of community and promoting holistic well-being among our valued seniors. From educational workshops to fitness programs, social events, and volunteer opportunities, we offer services and activities tailored to meet the needs of our community.
LIFE PACE
LIFE PACE, a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, is a senior health plan that provides quality medical, social and home care services to Tulsa-area seniors who prefer to remain living at home, but need support to do so safely.
SeniorLine
Whether you have a simple question about aging services or a complicated family situation, LIFE's SeniorLine is the first place to contact when you need help. LIFE's SeniorLine staff are specially trained in aging issues, caregiver concerns and resources and services for older adults.
Vintage Housing
Vintage Housing provides communities for low-income seniors that foster independence and socialization. Move-in specials are available at several locations. Each Vintage Housing community features a single-building design with 32 to 48 senior apartment homes and multiple common areas where neighbors can meet, visit and share in activities.
Case Management & Behavioral Health
LIFE's Case Management program helps at-risk seniors and adults with disabilities by assessing needs and threats to their independence and coordinating community supports to help them remain safe and surrounded by the comforts of home.
Tax Assistance Program
Providing free tax services to individuals aged 60 and above with a household income of $60,000 or less. From February 6 to April 15, 2023, our IRS-certified volunteers are here to simplify your tax preparation and filing process. Plus, explore our online tax preparation solution, MyFreeTaxes, offering a secure, easy way to file both federal and state taxes.
Medicare Assistance Program
Guiding Northeastern Oklahoma's seniors through Medicare complexities, and achieving over $1.6 million in prescription drug cost savings last year. From educational seminars to personalized counseling and fraud protection, we're committed to empowering seniors with the knowledge they need for a healthier future.
