The Senior LIFEstyle & Wellness Expo is Oklahoma’s largest senior event focusing on health, wellness and lifestyles. Each year, older adults from throughout northeastern Oklahoma attend to meet and interact with exhibitors who specialize in issues related to the senior community. Whether you are looking for ways to engage with other seniors; seeking financial or legal advice; medical or insurance resources; volunteer, active living, or wellness opportunities; or are in the market for senior housing communities or other resources to help you age in place, you will find all that and more!

There is also an Rx Take Back booth where you can bring old or unwanted medications for safe disposal; free health, vision and hearing screenings; and a free shredding event on the east side of the Exchange Center.

The Expo Stage features News On 6 anchor Lori Fullbright talking about senior safety and speakers on a variety of other topics, as well as entertainment and even a fashion show.

There are free event bags for the first 500 people and lots of giveaways, plus everyone has a chance to win one of ten $100 Reasor’s gift cards with the Seek, Find, WIN! game and raffle.

The expo is free and even offers complimentary parking lot shuttles to and from the event.
