Seniors and caregivers who are feeling nervous or anxious and would like to share concerns with an Independent Case Manager are encouraged to contact SeniorLine for help. Also, if you need some guidance about modifications that can be made to help you stay safe or need special assistance, call SeniorLine.

LIFE's Absentee Ballot Support - Thinking of Voting Absentee this year? LIFE's SeniorLine is available to help voters apply online for an absentee ballot and to help connect voters to ways to have ballots notarized before mailing them back. LIFE's Adult Day Health - The Oklahoma State Department of Health is permitting Adult Day Health Centers (ADH) to reopen with limited capacities. All of LIFE's Adult Day Health locations are now reopened. Call (918) 664-9000 for more information.

LIFE's Case Management program remains operational and will continue to serve over 1,200 people in our community. We have the capacity to serve more during this critical period. Utilities

Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), Oklahoma Natural Gas and the cities of Tulsa, Broken Arrow and Owasso water departments will not shut off services for non-payment at this time.

Special Shopping Hours for Seniors

Grocery stores across the country have introduced special shopping hours for seniors, people with disabilities and those with compromised immune systems. Locally, Reasor's is offering senior only hours daily from 7 a.m. - 8 a.m. Click here to see a full list of stores.

  • Optum Emotional Support Help Line 
    Optum Emotional Support Help Line at  1-866-342-6892  is free of charge and available to anyone, so you can share it with family and friends. Caring professionals will connect people to resources. It will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 
  • Take care of your mental health with Sanvello 
    During these unprecedented times, we are taking extra measures to ensure people have the tools they need to adjust to this new normal. To help cope with stress and anxiety, you may find  Sanvello  a helpful app to download. You can learn new skills, join group conversations, find useful techniques and track your emotions to help you feel more calm and in control. There’s even a new Staying Socially Connected community which provides support as COVID-19 shifts our daily routines. That’s why Optum and Sanvello have waived the cost of premium access. Download Sanvello for free from the App Store or Google Play to begin feeling better.

  • Watch a Webinar: Coping with Traumatic Events
    Traumatic events can range from acts of terrorism, war, natural disasters and infectious disease outbreaks such as COVID-19. Whatever form they take, when trauma hits close to home, it can be hard to process. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. This program helps identify and normalize reactions to traumatic events.  Participants will explore the broad emotional impact and look at healthy ways to cope.
