Transportation
The Family Assistance Coordinators help participants access transportation services through MTTA/Tulsa Transit. The Lift program in Tulsa and Route 508 in Broken Arrow provide transportation to the centers for families requesting transportation services.

Driving Independence! Free Transportation for LIFE PACE participants
Adult Day Health participants that are enrolled in the LIFE PACE program receive free transportation to and from the Adult Day Health Center, the LIFE PACE Center and to all medically-approved appointments. To learn more about LIFE PACE, call (918) 949-9969.
